Molecular Genetics
Is being quite a bore,
I’m trying to revise it,
But it’s a fucking whore.
I’ve sort of learnt that DNA
will form 5-prime to 3,
But really now, what does that mean?
Please. Tell. Me.
Then there’s replication
Of the very same DNA,
But this too, I must admit,
Is really rather gayyy.
I’m constantly distracted
By shows on 4oD -
Really, who would choose to work
When they could watch Come Dine With Me.
Then there’s weird noises
Protruding through the building.
To use some onomatopoeia,
“Bang-bang”, “Tap-tap”, “Ping-ping”.
And of course, my friends, there’s Twitter,
My constant friend and foe.
“Hmm, who’s tweeting,” “I’ll retweet that,”
“Oh, look at that,” “Hello!”
And finally there’s Tumblr
Or rather, there is this:

I really really should be
Revising my arse off
