4.20 am. Hours of revision so far: 0. Hours of revision planned: millions. Hours of sleep: 0. Size of headache (rate of 0-10): 5. Magnitude of annoyance.
I’m up, waiting for revision to come shooting up my arse, taking hold of my senses and making me learn stuff. I’m also waiting for Subway to open. My local one (just outside) opens at 10. I’ve seen one online, in Piccadilly Gardens, that opens at 8. I’ll see how hungry I am!

Right, so…
DNA replication starts at things called origins of replication ok? And the double helix is opened up by initiator proteins. After this, the resulting single-stranded DNA templates are ready for replication by DNA polymerase, an enzyme which works in a direction which goes from an end of the DNA with a 5’-phosphate group to a 3’-hydroxyl end. This poses the following question: WHY DO I NOT GIVE A FUCK??
